Description
This is the same, incredible sunrise as the one in “What is Blue and Orange and Magenta All Over?”. The only difference is that photograph is moments before the sun appeared and this is from moments after dawn broke, so the two have different hues of the prismatic light that painted the clouds that morning. Both are beyond vibrant, and I would never be able to pick a favorite between them. Just another bit of evidence to support the claim that winter sunrises and sunsets are among the most incredible phenomena in Western North Carolina.
